Every Mile Makes Another Kid Smile.
The reason to run is to help kids in Haiti get a better education and become the leaders who can shape the future of their country.
The average Haitian lives on less than $2 per day and nearly 50% of children don't go to school. Each time Mark Dowds and Adrian Eagleson lace up their running shoes with sponsors help they will know that another child will smile and have a better life.
Project details
Mark Dowds (Brainpark) loves to run...and run a lot. The combination of Marks love for extreme running and his love to help people in need, was why the concept for mileAsmile was created. When Mark asked Tenth Floor to come on board and help promote it, we couldn't say no. Not only is Mark an amazing person, but the concept behind mileAsmile was something we had to be a part of. For every mile Mark runs, he collects donations that help kids in Haiti (in partnership with Haiti Partners) have a better life. We were proud to partner up with mileAsmile and provide a new brand, postcards as well as design the blog that show Marks progress over the year.
